What do I set when I list something for sale?

When you set a piece's status to For sale (or For trade), a short listing form appears. Here's what each field does:

Asking price — your price (US dollars for now). For trade listings you can leave this off and describe what you want.
Listing description — free text for condition notes, what's included, flaws, and so on. Formatting/HTML is stripped to keep listings clean and safe.
Shipping policy — how you'll get it to the buyer; see What do the shipping options mean?
Accepts offers — turn this on if you're open to negotiation rather than firm price only.

Two things to know

Listing an item makes it (and your profile) public so buyers can find it.
There's no checkout on the platform — buyers contact you and you arrange payment and shipping off-platform.
