What do the piece statuses mean?

A piece's status tells you (and, for public pieces, others) where it is in its life with you. The options are:

  • Delivered — in hand. This is the default for a new piece.
  • Waiting on delivery — bought and on its way to you.
  • Pre-ordered — ordered ahead of release; not made yet.
  • For sale — listed on the marketplace for sale.
  • For trade — listed as available to trade.
  • Sold — no longer yours; kept for your records.
  • Out for repair — away at a service shop.
  • On loan — lent to someone (you can record who and when it's due back).
  • Missing — can't find it / unaccounted for.
