What do the piece statuses mean?
A piece's status tells you (and, for public pieces, others) where it is in its life with you. The options are:
- Delivered — in hand. This is the default for a new piece.
- Waiting on delivery — bought and on its way to you.
- Pre-ordered — ordered ahead of release; not made yet.
- For sale — listed on the marketplace for sale.
- For trade — listed as available to trade.
- Sold — no longer yours; kept for your records.
- Out for repair — away at a service shop.
- On loan — lent to someone (you can record who and when it's due back).
- Missing — can't find it / unaccounted for.
Notes
- Setting a piece to For sale or For trade creates a marketplace listing — see How do I list a piece for sale?
- For sale, For trade, and Sold show on public pieces; the rest are mostly for your own tracking.
- When you sell through a set, the set's status can cascade to its members — see What happens when I sell just one item from a set?
