A catalog model is really a boxed set. Can I get it converted?

Yes. Sometimes a boxed set got entered into the catalog as a single model. If you spot one, you can ask for it to become a proper Set with member models.

How to request it

On the catalog model's page, use Request conversion to Set. Add a short note if you like (for example, listing what's in the box), and submit. An admin reviews the request and, when they convert it, builds out the set with its member models.

What happens after

You're notified when it's done. Even better, if you (or anyone) already own a piece of that model, the conversion can create the matching set copy so your collection lines up with the new Set automatically.
