How do I edit or delete a piece?

Editing

Open the piece and choose Edit. You can change any of your personal details — status, condition, location, notes, financials, photos, and so on. Remember that the shared catalog specs (manufacturer, SKU, base model info) aren't edited here; for those, see Why can't I edit a catalog model?. If the catalog entry was updated after you added your piece, you can pull those changes in — see What does "Update from Catalog" do?

Deleting

On the piece (or its edit page) choose Delete and confirm. Deleting removes the piece and everything you attached to it — photos, documents, maintenance records, financials, and tag assignments. It can't be undone, so if the records matter, consider exporting your data first.

Tip: if you've sold something but want to keep the record, set its status to Sold instead of deleting it.

Only you can edit or delete your own pieces.
