Build curated Checklists from CSV — August 2026

Catalog admins can now turn a manufacturer roster or reference list into a complete Draft Checklist through one guided CSV import—with every catalog match visible before anything is created.

✨ New

• Checklist CSV Import. Open Admin → Checklist CSV Import, download the fixed template, and upload as many as 5,000 catalog Models and Sets at once.
• A complete Preview before any write. Review every requested value, resolved catalog target, warning, blocker, and final display position before creating the Checklist.
• Fix missing catalog entries without starting over. An unresolved Model or Set can open its normal catalog Create page with Manufacturer, SKU, and Name prefilled. Return afterward and select Refresh preview to check the same staged CSV again.
• Draft-first, all-or-nothing creation. Execute import creates exactly one Draft Checklist only when every blocking issue is resolved. It never publishes automatically or creates a partial roster.

⚡ Improved

• Finish imported Checklists in one editor. Refine the description and category, upload a cover image, add or remove members, and arrange the public order by sorting, dragging, or entering positions before selecting Publish.
• More dependable rosters. Manufacturer aliases and normalized SKUs help find the right catalog entry, while duplicate CSV rows are clearly flagged and included only once.

👉 Catalog admins: open Admin → Checklist CSV Import. Everyone can browse published rosters from Checklists.
