How do I mark something as sold?

Once a deal is done, open the listed piece (or set) and Mark as sold.

What it does

• Sets the status to Sold and removes it from active marketplace listings so no one else tries to buy it.
• Creates a sale record so you keep the history — you can store the sale price, who you sold it to, and the date in the piece's financials.

Marking sold keeps the item in your account for your records; it's not deleted. If you'd rather remove a listing without selling, see How do I take a listing down?
